ASTRA is a volunteer organization for young people, sponsored by local Altrusa Clubs.(Left: ASTRA members pose with pink flamingos used for a "flocking". For a donation of $1 per flamingo, members will "flock" the yard of a designated recipient with 20 or more pink flamingos and a note from the donor. What a fun and cheerful fundraising idea!
